An Invention the World Needs #1 - Clear Blood

In a dream, I saw the future. I had cut my hand and watched the blood slowly seep out of my wound. The odd part was that my blood was not red. It was clear. In this future, man has created blood enhanced with antioxidants and other attributes such as better protection from clogged arteries and increased oxygen flow throughout the body. And for some reason the blood is clear, which I haven't been able to understand yet. I also don't know when this dream is supposed to take place, but it is intriguing yes? It makes perfect sense, and I really wonder why it hasn't been done yet or if anyone is even working on such a thing.
